2022年1月期のフジテレビ月曜9時枠にて放送された連続ドラマ「ミステリと言う勿れ」。田村由美によるマンガを原作とした本ドラマは、鋭い洞察力と膨大な知識を持つ大学生・久能整が淡々と見解を述べながら、事件の謎や人の心の闇を解きほぐしていくさまを描いたミステリーだ。整を演じた菅田は、東京ドラマアウォード2022個人賞部門の主演男優賞を受賞した。
