竹内義和の同名小説が原作の、本格サイコサスペンスアニメ。キャラクター原案は漫画家の江口寿史。
アイドルグループを脱退し、新人女優として活動を始めた未麻は、自分の意向とは裏腹に舞い込む、過激なグラビアやＴＶドラマの仕事に戸惑いを隠せない。
だが、彼女の周囲でその関係者を標的とした殺人事件が次々と発生し始めて——–。
