【予告】『僕のヒーローアカデミア THE MOVIE ?2人の英雄(ヒーロー)?』／8月3日(金)公開
堀越耕平原作による劇場アニメ「僕のヒーローアカデミア THE MOVIE 〜2人の英雄〜」の予告編映像が公開された。
巨大人口移動都市「〈I・アイランド〉」を舞台に、物語が展開される本作。
予告編にはデク、オールマイト、A組メンバーたちが「〈I・アイランド〉」を訪れる様子や、オリジナルキャラクターである“無個性の少女”メリッサ、彼女の父でオールマイトの旧友であるデヴィットとの交流のほか、
若き日のオールマイトの姿も収められている。
なお本作の主題歌は菅田将暉の新曲「ロングホープ・フィリア」に決定した。
同楽曲はamazarashiの秋田ひろむが作詞、作曲を手がけており、7月14日より先行配信が行われるほか、8月1日にシングルとしてリリース予定。予告編でも同楽曲がBGMとして使用されている。

◆「ロングホープ・フィリア」について
今回は最初からヒロアカ初の劇場版主題歌を作るという目的がはっきりとしていました。
ヒーローというのは子供にはもちろん、大人にも誰にだってそれぞれのヒーローが存在するものだと思うんですけど、正義だったり愛情を感じる象徴がヒーローだと思います。
そんなヒーローというものを性別も年代も超えて多くの人に歌で投げかけようと思った時に、今年の3月に自分のアルバム「PLAY」でもご一緒させてもらった、amazarashi秋田ひろむさんに、楽曲の書き下ろしをお願いさせてもらいました。「フィリア」はギリシャ語で親愛なる人への愛情や友愛という意味です。
「大切な友に末長い希望を」という想いが込められたこの曲は、僕も歌いながら自分自身も励まされるような思いを起こさせられたり、年代関係なく、大切な仲間と一緒に頑張っていこうという強さと希望をもった曲ができたと思っています。
◆「僕のヒーローアカデミア」について
ジャンプは小さいころから毎週読んでいて、ヒロアカも連載開始から読んでいたのでジャンプファン、ヒロアカファンとして今回の初の劇場版主題歌を担当することは、非常に光栄ですし嬉しく思っています。
僕はアクションだったり主人公が頑張って成長していく少年漫画が好きで、そういう漫画に共通しているのは、みんな憧れのヒーローとはいえ完璧でなかったりするけど、愛情や努力など情の部分が人の胸を打つものがあると思います。ヒロアカでも主人公のデクは最初、まわりから期待をされていないただの男の子だったけど、デク自身の中にある正義や憧れがあり、そんな部分をオールマイトにかわれ個性を譲られるという物語のスタートです。人間、最初から何でもできる人はいないから、諦めず頑張り続けることで誰でもヒーローになれるというストーリーが僕は昔から好きだったので、劇場版での更なるデクの成長が楽しみです。
◆ニューシングルが「僕のヒーローアカデミア THE MOVIE 〜2人の英雄〜」主題歌に決定したことについて
劇場版ヒロアカでは、“圧倒的ヒーロー”オールマイトの過去が明かされるということもあり、amazarashiの秋田さんから、主人公デクの視点というよりは、オールマイトの視点に近い歌詞で書いたと聞いています。
歌えば歌うほどこの二人のヒーローやストーリーが、歌っている僕自身ともリンクしていって、温かくて強さを持つこの歌に本当に希望があるなと感じています。
この映画と寄り添うように歌った「ロングホープ・フィリア」が沢山の人に届けばいいなと思っていますし、映画と曲を通して、“自分が背中を押してもらった”、“誰かの背中を押してあげたい”みたいに感じてもらえるとすごく嬉しいです。
