映画『ヴェノム』の新予告編が公開された。
映画『ヴェノム』は、マーベルコミックのキャラクターで、スパイダーマンの敵役であるヴェノムを主人公にした作品。正義感あふれるジャーナリストであるエディ・ブロックが、人体実験を行なっているという噂のライフ財団に取材を試みるが、人体実験の被験者と接触したことで地球外生命体・シンビオートに寄生されてしまう、というあらすじだ。主人公のエディ役を『マッドマックス 怒りのデス・ロード』のトム・ハーディが演じる。公開は11月2日。
予告編では、シンビオートに寄生されたエディがヴェノムになる様子や、シンビオートと融合させる人体実験のシーン、ヴェノムになったエディが男の首を掴みながら「その目玉……肺……すい臓……全部喰ってやる」と言う場面、エディの「あの力は病みつきになる」といったセリフをはじめ、ヴェノムと対峙するライオット、リズ・アーメッド演じるライフ財団社長カールトン・ドレイク、ミシェル・ウィリアムズ演じるヒロインの姿などが確認できる。
あわせて日本版ポスターが公開。さらに8月10日からオリジナルミニフィギュア付きムビチケカードの販売が開始する。
