『ＳＵＰＥＲＧＩＲＬ／スーパーガール』のメリッサ・ブノワ（３０）が共演者のクリス・ウッド（３０）と婚約した。『ヴァンパイア・ダイアリーズ』にも出演していたクリスから１０日、プロポーズされたというメリッサはその幸せぶりを報告している。
ジュエリー・デザイナーのジェニファー・メイヤーと共にクリス自らがデザインしたという婚約指輪が写った写真にメリッサは「イエス、イエス、イエス。いつだってイエス」とキャプションを付けてインスタグラムに投稿した。
メリッサの頬にキスしている姿が写っているクリスも同じ写真を自分のアカウントに投稿し「幸せ絶頂」と婚約のニュースを伝えたほか、２人がドレスアップした写真に「うちらの結婚式の写真じゃないけど、もうすぐね」とキャプションを付け、結婚式がそう遠くないことを示唆している。
