松井優征の人気漫画を Hey! Say! JUMP の山田涼介主演で実写化した映画の完結編『暗殺教室〜卒業編〜』（2016）が、3月30日（月）夜9時（一部地域を除く）からフジテレビ系で地上波初、本編ノーカットで放送される。
『暗殺教室〜卒業編〜』は、地球破壊を宣言する謎のタコ型超生物、通称・殺せんせーと、政府から殺せんせーの暗殺を託された生徒たちの卒業までの半年間の様子や、地球の命運をかけたバトルの行方を描く学園アクションコメディー。2学期を迎えて暗殺のタイムリミットが迫る中、同じクラスの生徒が暗殺者として正体を明かす。それを受けて殺せんせーの悲しき過去が明らかになり、クラスは分裂してしまう。
前作『映画 暗殺教室』（2015）に引き続き山田が主演を務め、二宮和也、菅田将暉、山本舞香、桐谷美玲、竹富聖花、優希美青、上原実矩、橋本環奈、加藤清史郎、知英、成宮寛貴、椎名桔平らが共演。監督は羽住英一郎が続投している。（編集部・小松芙未）
