社会現象を巻き起こした大ヒットドラマ「ゴシップガール」の制作陣が再集結し、キャストを刷新した HBO Max オリジナルドラマ「ゴシップガール」が、8月20日より動画配信サービスのU-NEXTにて見放題で独占配信される。
暴露ブログ「ゴシップガール」閉鎖から約10年後のニューヨークを舞台にした本作。消えたはずの「ゴシップガール」が突如Instagramアカウントとして復活し、Z世代のセレブたちの隠された秘密を次々と暴き始めたことから、コンスタンス・ビラード学園のヒエラルキーのトップに君臨する若者たちが愛憎劇を繰り広げる。
ゴシップガールの声をクリステン・ベルが続投しているほか、過去シリーズへのオマージュもちりばめられている。エリック・デイマンのハイセンスなスタイリングも顕在で、シャネルをはじめとするハイブランドからニューヨーク発の気鋭ブランド、そしてユニクロまで、スタイリッシュなファッションも引き続き見どころとなっている。
あわせて、キャラクタービジュアルも公開に。ジョーダン・アレクサンダー、ホイットニー・ピーク、タヴィ・ゲヴィンソン、イーライ・ブラウン、トーマス・ドハティら新キャスト陣の姿を確認することができる。（須田璃々）
