俳優の松山ケンイチさんが、2023年公開の主演映画「ロストケア」で、女優の長澤まさみさんと初めて共演することが3月29日、分かった。松山さんは連続殺人犯の斯波宗典、長澤さんは斯波と対峙（たいじ）する検事の大友秀美を演じる。
「ロストケア」は、第16回日本ミステリー文学大賞新人賞を受賞した葉真中顕さんの小説「ロスト・ケア」（光文社文庫）が原作のヒューマンサスペンス。映画「こんな夜更けにバナナかよ 愛しき実話」（2018年）、「そして、バトンは渡された」（2021年）などで知られる前田哲さんがメガホンをとる。映画「四月は君の嘘」（2016年）などの脚本を手がけた龍居由佳里さんが脚本を担当する。
ある民家で老人と介護士の死体が発見される。捜査線上に浮かんだのは死んだ介護士と同じ訪問介護センターに勤める斯波宗典（松山さん）。斯波は献身的な介護士として介護家族に慕われる心優しい青年だが、検事の大友秀美（長澤さん）は斯波が勤める訪問介護センターで老人の死亡率が異常に高いことを突き止める。介護センターでいったい何が起きているのか？ 秀美は真実を明らかにするべく斯波と対峙する……というストーリー。
松山さんは「この映画は、これから生きていく上で大事にしなければならないものや、若い人たちに伝えるべきことがたくさん詰まっている作品だと思います。人ごとではなく、自分のこととして考え悩みながら演じました。自分が出せる答えを見つけ、監督、スタッフさん、長澤さんと一緒に納得がいく作品が作り上げられたのではないかと思っております」と話している。
長澤さんは「私が演じた『検事』は最初から最後まで正しいとは何かを、悩み、心が揺れ動く役でした。私自身の迷いや心の揺れと、秀美の感情が良い方向にリンクし、いい演技ができました。この映画の『伝えたいこと』を、多くの皆さんに受け取っていただきたいと思います」と呼びかけている。
