    歌舞伎俳優の市川海老蔵が、三池崇史監督の最新作「真四谷怪談」に
    主演することがわかった。
    ふたりのタッグは、第64回カンヌ映画祭コンペティション部門に
    選出された「一命」に続き2度目。
    鶴屋南北作の歌舞伎狂言「東海道四谷怪談」を新機軸で描く今作は、
    現代が舞台。海老蔵は、自身初の現代劇映画に挑むことになる。
   
    日本三大怪談のひとつに数えられ、これまでに何度も映画化されてきた
    「東海道四谷怪談」が、三池監督と海老蔵のタッグにより、
    誰も見たことのない全く新しいホラー作品として変貌を遂げる。
    舞台「真四谷怪談」で主人公の伊右衛門とお岩を演じることになった
    男女ふたりをめぐる愛憎と怨念が、
    現実世界と劇中劇を交錯し、恐怖と狂気の世界へと誘い込む。
   
    上原謙、若山富三郎、仲代達矢、佐藤慶、萩原健一、佐藤浩市、
    唐沢寿明……。かつて主人公・伊右衛門に扮してきた名優たちのなかに、
    海老蔵が名を連ねる。
    伊右衛門と長谷川浩介という二役を演じ分ける海老蔵は、今作について
    「どう仕上がるか本当にわからないですよ。三池監督が
    この作品をどうつなげていくかは、監督自身にしかわからない。
    誰も見たことがない斬新な『四谷怪談』になると思うので、

    初タッグとなった「一命」で三池監督の演出に触れたことで、
    心酔しきった様子。
    今作でその度合いはさらに増したようで、
    「ほかのキャストの方からも、もちろんスタッフからも絶対的な
    信頼が監督にあるんですよ。
    それは僕も同じで、ひとつの作品しかご一緒したことがないのに、
    あの方の持っている様々なものに引力があるんですよね。
    おっしゃる言葉、ひとつひとつを、栄養としなくちゃと思って
    ご一緒させていただいています」とコメントを寄せた。
   
    一方の三池監督も、海老蔵を「やんちゃな名優。特別なオーラを身にまとい、
    アウェーである映画の現場で中心に立つ姿はアートです」と表現。
    さらに、「ガチでほれてます。直感と度胸の人ですね。
    しかし、その芝居を支えているのは、幼いころからその体に叩き込まれた
    『芸』の蓄積です」と全幅の信頼を寄せている。
   
    配給の東映によれば、来年の第67回カンヌ映画祭への出品を狙っているという。
    なお、お岩役の女優を含む豪華キャストは、後日発表を予定。

    しかもバイオレンスを基調としながら訳のわからんものまで

    本人も言ってたが
    「自分はこういう映画を撮るってこだわりがなく、何でも撮る」
    っていうスタンスだから。
    普通はいろいろ監督のこだわりを出したがり、
    打ち合わせにも時間がかかるし、撮影後も編集とかもやりたがる。
    でも三池監督は配役も脚本も美術なんかにも一切口出ししない。
    現場で撮影したらその映画での仕事は終了。
    編集なんかも別の人がやる。
    製作者側としては撮影が早いため撮影日数が短く
    制作費を抑えられるし、文句も言わないから使いやすい監督。
    だから次から次にオファーがある。

    大根なんだから素人にはそれが分からない歌舞伎だけやってれば良いのに
    そう言えば親父が水戸黄門やってるドラマをBSで見たけど
    親父も大根だっから一話で脱落した

    だいたい一命めっちゃ評価悪かったからエビではカンヌは入れてくれんだろ
